A major step forward in re-development project

We are one step closer to securing the funding required for our Infrastructure Re-Development Project. 

We welcome the announcement from Tim Wilson - Federal Liberal Member for Goldstein over the weekend, making an election promise of $1.3m towards our Infrastructure Re-Development Project at Wilson Storage Trevor Barker Beach Oval.

We're excited by the possibility of being able to upgrade our facilities to better cater for our women's program and the local community clubs that use our venue.

"A re-elected Coalition Government will deliver $1.3 million for new women’s change rooms at the iconic Trevor Barker Oval in Sandringham.

This funding will ensure that women and girls in our community have access to safe and fit-for-purpose facilities at both the North and South pavilions of Trevor Barker Oval, the home of the Sandringham Zebras and Southern Saints.

Community sport is important to so many local residents and we are helping to ensure that everyone can participate.

Only the Coalition Government will continue to deliver a better future for Goldstein as part of our plan to build a strong economy and a stronger future."

We continue to work with our local MPs at both State & Federal level, and Bayside City Council, to secure the funding required to undertake this project.
