Mark has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Sandringham Zebras, effective December 2024.

With over 20+ years of experience in the football industry, Mark has dedicated the last 18 years to the Talent Pathway system within the AFL. He has served as the Regional Talent & Operations Manager for the Sandringham Dragons since 2018. Before joining the Dragons, Mark spent nine seasons as the Regional Talent Manager for the Dandenong Stingrays. In the early stages of his career, he also held the position of Regional Development Manager for AFL Victoria and served as the General Manager of the Dandenong & District Junior Football League.

His involvement in football administration began internationally in 2000 when he served as both a player and coach for the Kansas City Power Australian Football Club. This experience ultimately led to his appointment as the club's President, and within two years, he ascended to the position of President of the United States Australian Football League and a member of the AFL International Development Committee.

Having resided in Bayside for nearly 21 years, Mark is deeply committed to supporting local communities and fostering pathways for aspiring players.
