Zebras Team 25 Launch & Naming Sponsor Draw

After months of build-up, it was fantastic to see so many of our club sponsors and partners at our Team 25 Launch & Naming Sponsor Draw. Hosted by our Corporate Events Major Sponsor Mercedes Benz Brighton, our Team 25 sponsors and their guests rolled in to the wonderful facilities to enjoy a few drinks and some nibbles, as they eagerly waited for the 2019 Naming Sponsor Draw to begin.

Each sponsor had the chance to win 1 of 16 major assets, which included sponsorship on our VFL shorts and VFL jumper, for the entire 2019 season. Also up for grabs were VFL Naming Rights for our home games, in which a sponsor could select their business/logo to be aligned with the coverage of a specific round across our website, social media, functions and match day.

Mercedes Benz Brighton ambassador and St Kilda FC legend Nick Riewoldt was in attendance, as was our very own club coach, Aaron Hamill, and 2018 Best & Fairest winner, Brede Seccull.

Seccull and Hamill both helped with the draw of the raffle, as they announced Ross Faulkner as the lucky sponsor to be drawn first. If you aren’t already familiar with Ross Faulkner, you will be after 2019 as they have selected to have their logo on the back of our 2019 VFL jumper.

The sponsors that missed one of the 16 advertised naming sponsor assets didn’t walkaway empty handed, each landing major sponsor status for the Sandringham Football Club’s biggest annual fundraiser, the Gala Auction Dinner. The 2019 Sandringham FC Gala Auction Dinner will now be proudly sponsored by BJS Insurance Brokers, Nick Johnstone Real Estate, SEW Eurodrive and Vic Rajay Family Lawyers.
