Two New Zebras sign on!

The Sandringham Football Club is thrilled to announce that Cameron Saultry and Ben Stephenson have signed on for the 2025 VFL season, further solidifying the club's depth and versatility.

Cam Saultry

Saultry, who originally made his mark with the Sandringham Dragons in the Coates Talent League, has continued to develop his game, showcasing his adaptability across the half-back flank and the wing. His strong ability to read the play, clean ball use and decision-making under pressure has made him a valuable asset to the team.

After joining the Zebras in pre-season, Saultry has demonstrated his work ethic and consistency, earning the trust of the coaching staff and teammates alike. 

"It feels awesome to get my first VFL Contract after the hard work we put in over pre-season and I'm hoping to take my game to the next level this season."

Ben Stephenson

Stephenson arrives at the Zebras after an impressive stint with the University Blacks in the VAFA Premier Division, where he quickly established himself as a standout performer. During his time here, he has held a role in the Senior Leadership Group and held captaincy and vice-captaincy through junior football. 
After consistently delivering strong performances at the amateur level, Stephenson is ready to take the next step in his football journey.

"I'm super excited to be a part of the VFL program this year. We have such a young group, and the potential is enormous." 

We can’t wait to see Cam and Ben in the yellow, black, and blue this season!
