The Sandringham Football Club is excited to welcome Ben Seers and Aaron Taylor to the Zebras for the 2025 season!

Ben Seers

Seers joins the Zebs after an impressive 2024 season with the Sandringham Dragons, where he played in their premiership-winning campaign. Recognised for his impact in his debut Coates Talent League season, he was awarded the Dragons’ Best First Year Player award.

A talented wing/half-forward, he has spent his entire football career at Beaumaris Football Club and showcased his leadership as the captain of Mentone Grammar Firsts in 2024. Now stepping up to VFL level, he’s eager to make his mark, saying,

“I’m super excited to sign with the Zebs and keen for the season ahead to see how far we can go as a team. My goal for the year is to try and play as many games as possible and have some team success.”

A hard-working half-back, Taylor also arrives from the Sandringham Dragons after being part of their 2024 premiership side. Playing his local footy with Ormond Football Club, his development took a major leap last season, earning him the Most Improved Player award for the Dragons.

Excited for the new challenge, Taylor shared,

“I’m very excited to join a young group and see how far we can go this year, whilst also continuing to develop my football at a great club.”

We can’t wait to see Ben and Aaron in the yellow, black, and blue this season!
