2:00pm Saturday June 30, 2018
Last 5 – Sandringham: 2, Port Melbourne: 3
Last Time They Met: Round 3, 2018 – Port Melbourne 12.13 (85) DEF Sandringham 10.15 (75)
Sandringham face an in-form Port Melbourne side tomorrow afternoon, away at North Port Oval. This will be the second time the Zebras have played the Borough this season, after a ten-point loss in round 3.
Both sides are coming off the bye following tough losses. Sandringham will be looking for redemption after remaining goalless against Williamstown in tough conditions, and losing by 68 points in the end.
The Zebras need to win this match to keep their September hopes alive and prove their worth to the competition. Sandringham are putting forward a strong side, and performed well against Port Melbourne in round 3, despite the final result.
