Not long until his long and distinguished career in administration at Sandringham Football Club winds up.
Not long before he can hook up the caravan he recently bought to go travelling with his wife, Al.
“March 2 will see me out,’’ he was saying in the office housed in the building named after him at the Trevor Barker Beach Oval."
