Richardson signs for 2025

The Sandringham Football Club is thrilled to announce the signing of Billy Richardson ahead of the 2025 VFL season.

The key back joins the Zebs from Queensland after stints in the Brisbane Lions Academy in 2023 and 2024, which gave him the opportunity to play at VFL level. 

Standing at 195cm tall, Richardson is known for his ability to attack the football and impact the contest, alongside his strong kicking skills. 

Richardson is excited to be part of the club,

 "It's exciting to move to the home of footy with a new group of boys and great staff," he says.

We can’t wait to see Billy representing the yellow, black and blue in 2025!
