It's official, McKenzie is a Zeb!

The Sandringham Football Club is excited to announce the signing of Bailey McKenzie for 2025!

McKenzie comes to the Zebras with an impressive football resume, having started his journey at South Melbourne Junior Football Club before joining Old Brighton Grammarians last year. Playing in the Coates Talent League with the Sandringham Dragons, McKenzie also represented Vic Metro twice in the 2024 AFL U18 Championships.

An adept half-forward, McKenzie is agile and uses his aerial ability to impact on the scoreboard. His standout performance came in the Dragons' preliminary final against the Dandenong Stingrays, where he racked up 20 disposals and kicked a team-high six goals, finishing the season as the Dragons' equal leading goal kicker for 2024.

Speaking to McKenzie following the final session of 2024, he is confident about the upcoming season.

“I’m super pumped to join the Zebras, there’s a really good culture building here and a young group that wants to succeed."

We can’t wait to see what Bailey brings to the Zebs in the yellow, black, and blue in 2025!
