Hynes and Kearns go again

The Sandringham Football Club is thrilled to announce that 2024 Co-Captains Ali Hynes and Tayla Kearns have re-signed for 2025.
Ali Hynes
Hynes, known for her leadership and defensive skills, has been a key figure for the club since she joined in 2021.
In 2024, she delivered outstanding performances, including a game against the Casey Demons where she recorded 18 tackles and 13 hit-outs, showcasing her dominance in the contest. Across the season, she demonstrated her ability to lead from the midfield, and set a high standard for her teammates.
Hynes has also excelled in her leadership role, serving as Co-Captain since 2023 and fostering a strong team culture.
Tayla Kearns
Kearns has been an instrumental player since joining the club in 2021. With her strong versatility, she has delivered standout performances, including a seven-goal game in 2022, underlining her impact as a dominant force in the forward line.
After her 2024 season was cut short due to injury, Kearns is looking to get back to her best footy in 2025.
As Co-Captain alongside Hynes, she has fostered a strong team culture, leading by example on and off the field.
Kearns' leadership and experience will remain central to the Zebras' pursuit of a successful 2025 campaign.
These key re-signings reinforce Sandringham's commitment to aiming higher in 2025.
